El encuentro reunirá a 20 grupos de producción fotográfica, del 13 al 19 de mayo en Madrid y Soria, España, y la pagina web será un canal de comunicación entre los participantes y el público. Estúdio Madalena está a pilotar el blog de E-CO, que será alimentado por los propios fotógrafos. Allí, usted puede monitorear el progreso de los proyectos desarrollados por los colectivos del Encuentro, además de acompañar debates y noticias relacionadas con el universo "colectivo".

Para este segundo encuentro, la curaduría eligió el medio ambiente como tema central. Los colectivos, cuyos miembros vienen de 20 países, tuvieron total libertad para crear sus ensayos, que serán expuestos del 12 de mayo en Madrid, y 3 de julio en Sao Paulo.
